For a clinic demo, we request your name, work email, clinic name and clinic software. Group enquiries also include location count.

For a partner call, we request your name, work email, company, partnership interest and any optional message you provide.

When you choose a meeting, we also process the selected time, time zone, booking reference and information needed to arrange that meeting.

How we use information

We save completed enquiry forms to arrange meetings, respond to your enquiry and understand your business needs. If you choose booking reminders, we send a booking link after one hour without a booking, followed by up to four daily reminders. Reminders stop when you book or unsubscribe.

We also use limited technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse and investigate errors. Please do not submit patient records or medical information.

Scheduling and service providers

Cal.com processes meeting availability and booking details so you can schedule a call. The selected host and authorized team members receive the booking information.

Our configured hosting, security and abuse-prevention providers may process connection details, request information and security signals to deliver and protect the website.
