Evidence you can inspect.
We publish comparisons to help clinic teams ask better questions. We also sell Clinvello. That commercial interest should be visible beside the evidence.
Who publishes these pages
Clinvello is the publisher and one of the products compared. The comparisons are commercial editorial content, not an independent testing service. We do not use fabricated reviews, customer counts, scores or measured ROI to choose a winner.
What we read
The starting research covers 55 vendor profiles, originally compiled on 24 October 2026. We read that research before refreshing selected official product and pricing pages on 29 October 2026. 50 profiles meet the current evidence threshold.
The original overview’s charts cover 48 vendors. Seven later additions bring the profile count to 55; the earlier feature totals have not been recalculated. A refreshed comparison is not a fresh audit of every historical feature.

| Evidence | What it supports | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| Public page reviewed | A description was read on the linked official page during this research pass. | That the feature is deployed, included in every plan or operational in a particular clinic. |
| Historical research | The earlier research recorded the cited claim; the comparison labels it for reconfirmation. | Current pricing, current feature availability or a present-day absence. |
| Editorial assessment | Our interpretation of fit and the next questions a buyer should ask. | An objective ranking, endorsement or independent product test. |
| Clinvello availability | The owner confirmed the full feature list and published plan prices available on 29 October 2026. | Identical operations on every connection, independently tested performance or a third-party certification. |
How we compare fairly
We compare product roles and buying decisions before features. An imaging tool, a practice platform and a phone agent can all be useful without replacing one another. Our pages explain that difference instead of marking unrelated capabilities as failures.
Each vendor page includes source-linked workflow descriptions, an editorial fit assessment, pricing evidence and vendor-specific demo questions. Unclear support becomes a question. A marketing page without a help article is not proof that the product does not work.
How we handle prices and conflicting claims
Exact vendor prices appear only when a readable official source was checked. Figures retain billing units, annual conditions and material caveats when visible. Otherwise, the page asks for a current quote. Currency, region, usage, setup and required add-ons need confirmation.
When sources disagree, we retain the conflict as a buying question rather than choose the version that makes Clinvello look better. No missing public document is treated as proof of missing security or contractual protection.
What we have not tested
We did not access vendor accounts, place real bookings, run calls with patients, inspect contracts or audit security certifications. We have not independently measured clinical accuracy, uptime, revenue lift or customer satisfaction. Clinical and data-handling arrangements need review for your clinic’s specific use.
For Clinvello, confirm exact connection operations in a demo. Group pricing has a five-location minimum; pooled usage and overage need a written quote. Owner confirmation is attributed product information, not independent runtime proof.
Why some pages are held back
We publish no individual comparison route for the following entries. Evidence gaps are research limitations, not claims that a business or feature does not exist.
- Bliss Aesthetics: Direct official pages were blocked; available official search-index content needs a readable page and commercial terms before publication.
- Deep Surface AI: Current commercial availability was not established; historical portfolio material is insufficient for a buying comparison.
- eMI Aesthetics: Consumer-facing offer overlaps EntityMed coverage; separate clinic software scope and commercial terms remain unclear.
- OodlesAI: Direct official pages did not expose readable product content; current scope and pricing need a verifiable source before publication.
- Eva AI: Vendor identity could not be established; excluded to avoid publishing an unsupported product comparison.
Dates, corrections and review
Every source carries its actual review date. A review date is not a software release date. Revisions should update the affected claim, citation and page date together. Pricing and release-stage claims deserve another check before a purchase.
To flag a correction, use the Clinvello website’s demo enquiry and include the page title, disputed claim and an official source. Do not submit patient information. Corrections must be reviewed against the source before changing published claims.
